Terms / Exchange Policy,

We have a 30 day exchange policy on new and unused parts. All exchanges beyond 30 days are subject to a restocking fee.
We do not offer refunds. We only offer exchanges of equal value or store credit. no exceptions.
Complete the Exchange Form, which is available for download on our support page; then simply place the form in the box with the part(s) to be returned.
Please return any part(s) for exchange or credit in their original box or boxes with the corresponding invoice number.
All exchanges must be sent prepaid--no collect shipments will be accepted. Insure the exchange part for its full value to protect yourself against loss.    We strongly suggest using USPS Priority Mail with confirmation.

Because we are a small business and we have thousands of different styles, standard and custom color combo's and other options for all of the products we handle, our orders are produced on a "made to order" process. They normally have a process and manufacture time of up to 6 days before shipping. (Special orders may require more time) Once your order is shipped normal delivery is 3-4 days provided via usps priority mail.

  • NEVER SEND YOUR ORIGINAL FILE, ALWAYS MAKE A BACKUP FILE FOR YOUR REFERENCE

  • ALWAYS INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION WITH YOUR FILE(S),  YOUR COMPANY NAME, ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER ALONG WITH A PERSON TO CONTACT AND ONLY SEND THE FILE TO BE QUOTED OR OUTPUT.

All decals are shipped using United States postal service priority mail with delivery confirmation.  The shipping  / handling is an $6.00 flat fee.  This includes products, 2-3 day delivery anywhere in the united states (from date or departure ) and delivery confirmation . tracking and 2 free EXTREME DECALS.  We no longer ship First class mail due to no delivery confirmation or tracking services.

Can I remove  my Headlight cover kit ?

Removing our headlight cover kits is easy, simply take a hair dryer and warm the area up first to ease the removal, take an x-acto knife or similar object ( fingernails work good to ) and start by lifting up an edge of the material, once you have enough raised to grab with your hand just pull the remainder off, if any adhesive still remains it can be removed with rubbing alcohol or glue-remover from any local hardware store.

Can I remove my Gas Cap Kit ?

When removing one of our gas lid kits make sure you first use a hair-dryer and warm the cap area, take an x-acto knife or similar object ( fingernails work good to ) and start by lifting up an edge of the material, once you have enough raised to grab with your hand just pull the remainder off, if any adhesive still remains it can be removed with rubbing alcohol or glue-remover from any local hardware store.  Be sure that no flammable materials are in the presence of the heat source.

Touching up our kits ..

We use permanent markers for touch-ups on headlight covers or any of our kits, pick up one that is similar in color from your local arts & craft store, k-mart, wal-mart, etc... , this is the best method for small touch up repairs.

Are the Eyes a separate part of the kit ?

 NO, Envision "EYE" kits are pre-printed on the cover for you, simply remove the cover from its liner and apply.

Can I print my own design on a plain white sheet ?

Yes you can but .... ,we do not recommend home printing for several reasons, even the best home or small office ink-jet or laser-jet printers were never designed to withstand the outdoor elements. although they may do the job, the end result is normally short lived, ultra-violet rays from the sun, rain, & heat from the light bulbs all will severely cut down the life of a home print, experiment at your own risk...

Can I paint my cover ?

Yes, you can paint our covers with excellent results if you first take a scotch-brite pad and scuff the for maximum adhesion, although it isn't absolutely necessary to scuff the first we HIGHLY recommend you do. painting our covers with factory match spray cans or auto body basecoats-clearcoats can be tricky to get a good match, we have tested many factory colors for that "perfect" match only to be disappointed with the result, the nature of the material normally calls for a slightly darker shade to get a better match, also is it worth the hassle ? unless you have a custom pearl or candied paint job, why spend the extra bucks for paint.
